In fact, the only concessions to modernity are the water resistance, which has been increased to 3 bar (30 meters), and a hand-applied Super-LumiNova® coating. The Navitimer 1959 Edition is powered by the in-house Breitling Manufacture Caliber B09, a hand-wound COSC-certified caliber based on the renowned Breitling Caliber 01. The Navitimer 1959 Edition in platinum is available on a blue alligator strap with an 18k white gold pin buckle and is limited to 59 pieces.
